Comparing a new batch against an old one. A half tablet in an organiser is different in a way that may be nothing. Reagent tests are a screen, not an assay. They rule a family in or out and say nothing about dose.

The hologram is the least useful check because it is the one everybody makes.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.

Bring a list. Embarrassment makes everyone forget things, including you.

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire.

Sorry, probably obvious, but where do you even start with something blank? Same for me with a half tablet in an organiser, unfortunately.
