Not asking for a diagnosis, just other people experience. Oxycodone has given me tolerance and I want to know how common that is.
I asked for the refusal to be noted in the record and got what I asked for within a week.
The dose has stayed the same for two months and the effect has not, which is the whole puzzle.
Posting partly so that the next person searching finds an answer sooner.

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not.
