Third different botanical in two years and kratom is the only one that has not given me mild sedation. Curious whether others had the same run around.
What I was not prepared for is how much of this is administrative rather than clinical.
Pharmacist, not doctor, is where the useful advice has come from every single time.
Genuinely open to being told my reasoning is wrong here.
