Question for the people who have taken kratom long term: did the mild sedation ever settle, or is that just the price of admission?
What I was not prepared for is how much of this is administrative rather than clinical.
Withdrawal symptoms are not the same as side effects, and conflating them wasted a year of my life.

Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule.
Reference ranges differ between labs, so comparing two reports is close to meaningless.
My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it. Mild sedation was my main issue with kratom too.
Bring a list. Embarrassment makes everyone forget things, including you.
You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in.
