Question for the people who have taken baclofen long term: did the side effects ever settle, or is that just the price of admission?

Cold and heat sensitivity turned out to be part of it and is barely mentioned anywhere.

There is a point in the afternoon where the effect is gone and the restlessness starts, and that point has moved earlier over two months.

Interested mainly in what people wish they had known at the start.

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Careful with attribution. You changed the timing, the dose and the season. That is three variables.

Fifteen years of this and the function column is the only one that changed anything for me. Also, one page of history, printed, handed over at the start. It changes the appointment.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?

Reference ranges differ between labs, so comparing two reports is close to meaningless.
