After two months on metamizole my liver worries has become the main problem rather than the thing it was prescribed for.
Having a single page of history makes the appointment half as bad, because they can read faster than I can talk.
I asked for the refusal to be noted in the record and got what I asked for within a week.
Genuinely open to being told my reasoning is wrong here.
Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.
Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.
Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately.
The last ten percent of a taper takes as long as the first ninety. Nobody says so until you are in it.
Fifteen years of this and the function column is the only one that changed anything for me. Also, one page of history, printed, handed over at the start. It changes the appointment. Liver worries was my main issue with metamizole too.
Personal experience, labelled as such, is exactly right here. Nobody is prescribing.
