I have been on metamizole for a fortnight and the thing nobody warned me about is the rebound headaches.
Cutting by ten percent of the current dose rather than the original is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.
What helped was writing down what I could physically do that day rather than a pain score. Numbers lie, function does not.
Any suggestions welcome, especially the boring practical ones.
