USPS has held my parcel for 22 days with no scan. Is that normal for this route or should I start the process?

What changed my experience was splitting orders rather than ordering larger and less often.

The debit card route gives you recourse and the transfer route gives you a lower price. Pick which you actually want.

The returns address and the contact address are often different and only one of them is a real building.

How long would you wait before starting the process?

The declaration contradicting the return address is what gets it opened. How long have you been on a scheduled substance?

File early. The window is shorter than people think and it starts at the transaction.

Fees like that are charged by the carrier, not the state, which is why they are hard to contest.

Three month limits are cumulative across parcels in more places than people realise.

Written confirmation email after every phone call. Cheapest insurance there is. Currently on a scheduled substance myself.

“Registered with” is doing an enormous amount of work in that sentence.
