Trying to work out whether Australia is workable at the moment, because the rules I find online contradict each other.
What I have learned is that the 17 day mark is the point to start the process, not the point to panic.
Declarations that contradict the return address are the ones that get opened.
Has the handling changed recently for anyone else?

Be careful reading one parcel as a rule. Two successes build a false model.
