Trying to work out whether Mexico is workable at the moment, because the rules I find online contradict each other.
The virtual card route gives you recourse and the transfer route gives you a lower price. Pick which you actually want.
Declarations that contradict the return address are the ones that get opened.
Chargeback windows are shorter than people think and the clock starts at the transaction, not at the complaint.
Wondering whether my expectations are simply out of date.
