Got a letter from the customs office about a parcel from the Netherlands. Reading it carefully before I do anything.
What changed my experience was splitting orders rather than ordering larger and less often.
The published rule and the enforcement pattern are different documents and only one of them affects your parcel.
Mostly posting so the next person has something to search.

The declaration contradicting the return address is what gets it opened. Tolerance was my main issue with a flagged address too.
