Australia Post has held my parcel for 29 days with no scan. Is that normal for this route or should I start the process?

What changed my experience was splitting orders rather than ordering larger and less often.

The three month rule is cumulative across parcels in more places than people realise.

The address matters more than the contents after a while, and nobody warns you about that.

Would rather do this properly than quickly.

Same here.

How long have you been on a personal use allowance?

Three month limits are cumulative across parcels in more places than people realise. Not on a personal use allowance but the pattern is familiar.

Written confirmation email after every phone call. Cheapest insurance there is. A fortnight in on a personal use allowance and it lines up.

Tolerance was my main issue with a personal use allowance too.

Filing early beats arguing later. And ask for the reference number, always. Tolerance was my main issue with a personal use allowance too.

“Registered with” is doing an enormous amount of work in that sentence.

Be careful reading one parcel as a rule. Two successes build a false model.
