Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire. Not on a coverage denial but the pattern is familiar.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves. Two months in on a coverage denial and it lines up.
Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.
Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule.
Bring a list. Embarrassment makes everyone forget things, including you.
