Appointment question. Ten minutes is not enough for this history and I am trying to plan around that. Copay cards rarely cover the deductible, and whether they count toward the out-of-pocket maximum is plan specific.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? Tolerance was my main issue with an explanation of benefits too.
