A billing error question. The paperwork says one thing and the phone line says another.
A clinician note carries more weight in the record than a patient request, so ask them to write it.
Happy to be told the process is simpler than I think.

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not. Currently on a billing error myself.
