Insurance question. The plan says one thing, the bill says another, and the phone line says a third.

Function beats pain scores in these conversations. “I cannot sit for twenty minutes” lands.

Reconcile the medication list out loud, in the room. Silent reconciliation does not happen.

Happy to be told the process is simpler than I think.

The last ten percent of a taper takes as long as the first ninety. Nobody says so until you are in it. How long have you been on an appeal?

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.

Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.
