Records problem. The summary they hold about me is wrong by three items.
Get the criteria document. Every refusal is scored against a checklist and the letter never includes it.
Restating the same point louder changes nothing. Quoting their own criterion does.
Portal exports often carry the numbers and not the notes, and the notes are where the reasoning is.
The phone log is the part people skip. Date, time, name, what was said, reference number.

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers. Same for me with a referral, unfortunately.
