Appointment question. Ten minutes is not enough for this history and I am trying to plan around that.

One page of history, printed and handed over at the start. They read faster than you can talk.

Double appointments exist in a lot of practices. Paying for the longer slot is cheaper than two visits.

Function beats pain scores in these conversations. “I cannot sit for twenty minutes” lands.

Has the handling changed recently for anyone else?

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment. Not on a follow-up appointment but the pattern is familiar.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire. Five years in on a follow-up appointment and it lines up.

Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism.

Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately. Currently on a follow-up appointment myself.

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Same shape here, different drug. The thing that helped was documenting the refusal rather than re-arguing it. They refer rather than write. Tolerance was my main issue with a follow-up appointment too.

Worth repeating that this is not medical advice and the answer often depends on who you are. How long have you been on a follow-up appointment?

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.
