Appointment question. Ten minutes is not enough for this history and I am trying to plan around that.
Restating the same point louder changes nothing. Quoting their own criterion does.
A clinician note carries more weight in the record than a patient request, so ask them to write it.
Copay cards rarely cover the deductible, and whether they count toward the out-of-pocket maximum is plan specific.
Mostly wanting to know whether my expectations are realistic.
