Appointment question. Ten minutes is not enough for this history and I am trying to plan around that.

Being right and being legible are different skills and only the second one wins these.

Everything the practice holds is optimised for the practice, not for you. Download it twice a year.

Happy to be told the process is simpler than I think.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

It gets smaller. Not easy, smaller. That distinction kept me going.

Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment. Three weeks in on a blood test request and it lines up.

Worth repeating that this is not medical advice and the answer often depends on who you are.

Small wins count. Walking to the mailbox is a data point. Side effects was my main issue with a blood test request too.

The last ten percent of a taper takes as long as the first ninety. Nobody says so until you are in it.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? Three weeks in on a blood test request and it lines up.
