Checking the domain registration date properly rather than trusting the site about itself.
Reverse image search the team page. It is usually stock photography.
Phone the number in the register, not the one on the site, and ask for the superintendent.
Look the number up yourself. Never trust the number printed on the page.

Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism. Same for me with the domain registration date, unfortunately.
