Following this because I am in the same place and have no idea what to ask at the appointment.

Same here.

Currently on a named superintendent pharmacist myself.

Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule. How long have you been on a named superintendent pharmacist?

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers. How long have you been on a named superintendent pharmacist?

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Function over score. Tolerance was my main issue with a named superintendent pharmacist too.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?
