Appointment question. Ten minutes is not enough for this history and I am trying to plan around that.
Portal exports often carry the numbers and not the notes, and the notes are where the reasoning is.
Ask for the amendment rather than the removal. Removal gets refused, amendment gets processed.
Happy to be told the process is simpler than I think.
