Editorial discussion guide

A photo can document packaging, markings or damage. It cannot, by itself, establish chemical identity, purity or that a product is appropriate for you. Avoid treating confident image-based guesses as confirmation. Take product concerns to a pharmacist or the relevant regulator.

Discussion prompt: which question or source would make this guide more useful?

When sharing a packaging image, redact your details. State where the image came from and what is actually visible. Do not publish a claim of laboratory verification without the report and its limits.
