USPS has held my parcel for 34 days with no scan. Is that normal for this route or should I start the process? The bank blocking a payment is a completely different problem from the shop blocking it, and the fix is different.

Photograph everything before you open it. Ten seconds, settles most disputes. Currently on An Post myself.

A privacy service registered three months ago on a domain claiming twenty years of trading is a contradiction.

The sticker on the box is just so you know they were in there. It is the letter that matters. Not on An Post but the pattern is familiar.
