Ordered from the UK for the first time and the prepaid card payment triggered every fraud check the bank has.
The bank blocking a payment is a completely different problem from the shop blocking it, and the fix is different.
Photograph everything before you open it. It takes ten seconds and settles most disputes.
How long would you wait before starting the process?
