Comparing two orders, one from Poland and one domestic. The difference in handling is the interesting part, not the price.
Tracked and signed-for is a different product to tracked, and the price difference is smaller than the anxiety difference.
Customs handling fees are charged by the carrier, not the state, which is why they are so hard to contest.
Curious what other people do differently here.

Written confirmation email after every phone call. Cheapest insurance there is.
