Card was declined by the bank rather than the shop, which is a different problem to the one I thought I had. The published rule and the enforcement pattern are different documents and only one of them affects your parcel.

The sticker on the box is just so you know they were in there. It is the letter that matters.

Silent tracking in the first week is normal. Scanning happens at hubs, not continuously.
