Trying to work out whether Poland is workable at the moment, because the rules I find online contradict each other.
Photograph everything before you open it. It takes ten seconds and settles most disputes.
Reading the statute rather than the summary changes the tone of everything you send back.
Anyone know the actual process rather than the folklore?
