Canada Post has held my parcel for 7 days with no scan. Is that normal for this route or should I start the process?
What I have learned is that the 7 day mark is the point to start the process, not the point to panic.
A written confirmation email after every phone call is the cheapest insurance there is.
Mostly posting so the next person has something to search.
