Trying to work out whether Singapore is workable at the moment, because the rules I find online contradict each other.
Tracked and signed-for is a different product to tracked, and the price difference is smaller than the anxiety difference.
The reference number on the letter is the only way anyone will find the file again, so it goes in the subject line of everything.
The published rule and the enforcement pattern are different documents and only one of them affects your parcel.
Wondering whether my expectations are simply out of date.
