Got a letter from the customs office about a parcel from Brazil. Reading it carefully before I do anything.
What changed my experience was splitting orders rather than ordering larger and less often.
What I have learned is that the 10 day mark is the point to start the process, not the point to panic.
Has the handling changed recently for anyone else?

Do you contact the customs office or the carrier first? Side effects was my main issue with An Post too.
