Got a letter from the customs office about a parcel from Canada. Reading it carefully before I do anything.

Canada Post scans are generated at the hub, so a silent tracking page is not evidence of a problem for the first 33 days.

Wondering whether my expectations are simply out of date.

Same here.

Not on An Post but the pattern is familiar.

The address matters more than the contents eventually. Changing what you order when the address is flagged changes nothing.

The declaration contradicting the return address is what gets it opened.

Customs outcomes are not rulings. A parcel passing is not legal advice.

Split the order. How long have you been on An Post?
