Trying to work out whether Italy is workable at the moment, because the rules I find online contradict each other.
Reading the statute rather than the summary changes the tone of everything you send back.
The bank blocking a payment is a completely different problem from the shop blocking it, and the fix is different.
How long would you wait before starting the process?
