Got a letter from the customs office about a parcel from Mexico. Reading it carefully before I do anything.

The three month rule is cumulative across parcels in more places than people realise.

Tracked and signed-for is a different product to tracked, and the price difference is smaller than the anxiety difference.

A written confirmation email after every phone call is the cheapest insurance there is.

Would rather do this properly than quickly.

Photograph everything. Side effects was my main issue with DHL too.

Photograph everything before you open it. Ten seconds, settles most disputes. How long have you been on DHL?

“Dispatched” means the label was printed. That is the entire meaning of the word.
