Topic starter   [#21283]

Found myself thinking about a soup today for no reason.

This thread is forty percent of why I come here.

Rewatching something old rather than starting something new.

No judgement, no scoring, just posting.

Small things count more than the big ones.

Go.

This is the correct amount of effort for a thread like this.

Half of what people describe as tolerance is a change in the underlying condition, and the two need different answers.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries?

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries? Four months in on a soup and it lines up.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.

Sleep first. Bad night, bad day, more symptoms. Fix that before changing anything else.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.
