The NSFW forum keeps coming up in wrong places. A short note on where it belongs.
Disclosure in the first line saves a moderator five minutes and a member an argument.
It is one of those things that is obvious once written down and invisible before.
Not urgent, just worth nailing down.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.
