Reading the rules again and sourcing requests is the bit that is least clear.
It is one of those things that is obvious once written down and invisible before.
Moderators would rather move a thread than delete it, and they will say why.
Happy to be told it already exists.

Small wins count. Walking to the mailbox is a data point. Side effects was my main issue with sourcing requests too.

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not.
