You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves. Not on the search function but the pattern is familiar.
The rule exists because of a specific pattern of posts, and it is always that pattern. How long have you been on the search function?
The last ten percent of a taper takes as long as the first ninety. Nobody says so until you are in it.

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.
