I have been on fusidic acid cream for three years and the thing nobody warned me about is the tolerance. The generic switch was the only change and it was noticeable for about three weeks.

How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time. Same for me with fusidic acid cream, unfortunately.
