My doctor moved me from one antihistamine to Atarax (hydroxyzine) and the first three weeks were rough in a way nobody prepared me for.
The generic switch was the only change and it was noticeable for about three weeks.
Some days are fine and some are not and there is no pattern I can find, which makes it hard to plan anything.
Mostly wanting to compare notes rather than be told what to do.

Interdose restlessness is distinct from the original symptom and worth naming separately.
