Long post, sorry. Anavar (oxandrolone): what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?
Tolerance and underdosing look identical from the inside, which is why the answer is usually a blood test and not more forums.
The animal data is stronger than the human data and the human data is not nothing, it is just small.
Haematocrit creep is the boring one that catches people at the six week mark.
What would change your mind about this?
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all? How long have you been on oxandrolone?
Same here.
Water retention was my main issue with oxandrolone too.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
Loose evidence and no evidence are different, and people overcorrect in both directions.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything?
Test one thing at a time. It feels slower and it is the only way to learn anything.
Baseline first.
Same here.
