Long post, sorry. Nolvadex (tamoxifen): what actually has human evidence behind it, and what is extrapolation from animals?

Sample size, blinding, and who paid for it. Those three questions kill most of the confidence in most of these threads.

The effect size I actually noticed is roughly a third of what the write-ups imply, and it took a year to be sure.

I would rather have a narrow conclusion and be right than a broad one and be interesting.

Interested in the methods more than the conclusion.
