The problem with RAD-140 discussion is that the anecdote and the mechanism get merged. Here is my attempt to keep them apart.
What the SARM class does pharmacologically does not require the subjective effect to be large to be real.
What surprised me is how much of the perceived benefit was routine and attention rather than pharmacology.
What would change your mind about this?

Baseline first. Without a baseline the after picture is decoration. Same for me with RAD-140, unfortunately.
