Trying to separate three different claims about exemestane: that it is the right molecule, that it is the right dose, and that it does something useful.
Forum consensus and published consensus diverged here about five years ago and never reconverged.
What surprised me is how much of the perceived benefit was routine and attention rather than pharmacology.
The effect size I actually noticed is roughly a third of what the write-ups imply, and it took three weeks to be sure.
I would rather have a narrow conclusion and be right than a broad one and be interesting.
Would like a narrow answer rather than an enthusiastic one.
