How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week?

You are not imagining it and you are not being difficult. Document it and take the document in. Side effects was my main issue with the returns policy too.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.

Sleep first. Bad night, bad day, more symptoms. Fix that before changing anything else. Side effects was my main issue with the returns policy too.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it. Not on the returns policy but the pattern is familiar.

Everyone here blames the drug. Half the time it is the appointment schedule, not the molecule.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Small wins count. Walking to the mailbox is a data point.

Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not.
