How do you tell the difference between the drug working and just a good week? Three years in on contacting the pharmacy and it lines up.

Sleep first. Bad night, bad day, more symptoms. Fix that before changing anything else.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Enteric coatings should not be crushed. The pellets are the delivery mechanism. How long have you been on contacting the pharmacy?

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way. Three years in on contacting the pharmacy and it lines up.

Worth repeating that this is not medical advice and the answer often depends on who you are.

You have two changes at once here. You cannot attribute anything until one of them moves.

Ten percent cuts, of the current dose not the original. That is the arithmetic that keeps it survivable. Same for me with contacting the pharmacy, unfortunately.
