I have been running folate for a fortnight and the honest summary is that the effect is smaller than the internet suggests and real.
Baseline first.
Narrow conclusion.
Loose evidence is not nothing, but a washout either side is the only reason to trust your own take.

Same here.
How long before you can reasonably say something is or is not doing anything? A fortnight in on folate and it lines up.
I would take the narrow conclusion. Broad ones are more interesting and less true.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Stupid question: how do you know whether what is in the vial matches the label at all?
Cold storage, light protection, date on the vial. Boring, removes half the variables.
Nobody has ever been talked out of a stack by a stranger on the internet.
