Trying to separate three different claims about krill oil: that it is the right molecule, that it is the right dose, and that it does something useful.
I have started logging dose, time, and sleep because otherwise the anecdote is just a mood.
My rule now: if a claim cannot survive being written down with the numbers attached, it is marketing.
The interesting question is not whether it works but for whom and at what cost.
Sleep, food, or the compound? Yes.
Baseline first.
What is the first thing you would read if you were starting from zero?
Same here.
Side effects was my main issue with krill oil too.

Sterility is the part people wave through and it is the part that actually bites.

Currently on krill oil myself.
Most of what is called evidence here is one person, one vial, one month.
Where does the human data stop and the extrapolation begin? That is the whole thread. How long have you been on krill oil?
Baseline first.
Cold storage, light protection, date on the vial. Boring, removes half the variables.

Same for me with krill oil, unfortunately.
Narrow conclusion.
