Worth asking what specifically was measured. Pain scores move with mood and function does not.

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster.

Bring a list. Embarrassment makes everyone forget things, including you. Side effects was my main issue with a written medication list too.

The pain score conversation is thirty seconds of my life I will never get back, every time.

My pharmacist has become my actual doctor and I am at peace with it.

Access to mugs should be on the clinical questionnaire.

Ten percent cuts. Slower is faster. Same for me with a written medication list, unfortunately.

Sorry for the basic question, but how do you actually start one of these diaries? How long have you been on a written medication list?

Ask for the longer appointment slot. Ten minutes is not enough for a complex history and pretending otherwise wastes both your time.

Is it normal to feel worse before better? Nobody told me that.

Changing prescriber does not reset anything, and people discover that the hard way. Not on a written medication list but the pattern is familiar.
